Community Values in Action: Grocery Grab to Stock Winona Food Shelf

Team Miller Ingenuity, represented by Jimmy Cox and Amanda Blue, participated in WNB Financial‘s 5th Annual Grocery Grab on Wednesday, March 1st to kick-off the Minnesota FoodShare March campaign. Amanda and Jimmy competed against 8 other teams at Midtown Foods and grabbed over $540 in groceries in 90 seconds. WOW! Thank you both for taking on the challenge!

While Miller didn’t bring home the coveted golden grocery cart trophy, we were proud and happy to support this great community cause, and had a little fun in the process! 1,143 pounds of food and personal care items were collected for the Winona Volunteer Services Food Shelf, equaling $5,060.91. Congratulations to everyone!
